Strategy Checks

An experienced look at one part of your event program.

Sometimes you don’t need a new strategy for your whole event program. You need someone with experience to take a proper look at one part of it and help you fix what isn’t working.

That’s what the Strategy Checks are for. Each one has a fixed scope and a fixed price, and you can book one on its own or combine a few. Most companies run a real mix of events, a conference with partners, a stand at a trade fair or two and a few customer events along the way, so pick the ones that fit where you are right now.

Event Website Check

When people visit your event page but don’t register.

€490

Plenty of event pages get the traffic and still lose people somewhere between the headline and the registration form. The teardown starts with a one-hour intake about who you want in the room and what the event is for. Then your page gets reviewed the way your audience sees it, from the reason to come and the agenda to the price, the registration path and what potential partners find there.

You get a written report with what to change first and a call to go through it together.

Sponsorship Check

For packages that have been out a while and aren’t selling.

€950

Sponsors want to know who they’ll meet and how they’ll know it was worth it. If your packages mostly list logo placements and square metres, that’s usually where the conversation stalls.

The Sponsorship Check looks at your packages and your sponsor page through a partner’s eyes and reworks them around what they’re actually buying. It also covers what to report back to your partners after the event, so next year’s conversation starts on solid ground.

Tradeshow Check

For companies exhibiting at a trade fair.

€950

A stand takes months of work from a lot of people, and afterwards it’s surprisingly hard to say whether it paid off. Before the fair, the check sets out what the stand is for, how leads get captured and what happens to them once everyone’s back in the office. After the fair, you get a one-page review of whether it delivered and what to change next time.

Registration Journey Review

How many emails, when to send them and what good looks like.

€850

Most event teams know the invitation emails matter. Fewer know whether three is too many or eight too few, or whether their click rate is actually good news.

The review looks at your whole journey, from the first save-the-date to the last reminder, including the stretch between registering and actually showing up. You get a clear sequence with timing, concrete changes for the emails themselves and benchmarks from experience to compare your open and click rates against.

Portfolio Snapshot

Your whole year of events on one page.

This one steps back from the single event. Your events, sales and marketing leads score this year’s events on a short set of questions (you share scores, not your data), and every event gets mapped on the portfolio quadrant. A written read and a debrief call come with it, so your 2027 planning starts from what actually happened.

Small: up to 10 events · €1,200

Full: up to 40 events and 3 scorers, plus a data gap map and a leadership one-pager · €2,900

Booking more than one

If two or three of these sound familiar, you can combine them. Two checks booked together come with 10% off, three or more with 15% off. The discount applies when they’re booked and paid together and doesn’t include Advisory.

All prices plus VAT.

When you want to look at the whole program

A check gives you a clear view of one part of your events. If you want to rethink how the whole program is measured and managed, Portfolio Advisory is the better fit.

Not sure where to start?

Tell Peilmark which event or part of your program is giving you headaches. One call is usually enough to find the right check.
